I started the refinancing process with another lender, who promised me the moon, but failed miserably to deliver. I should have started with Channing! He was straight forward with what to expect and went above and beyond. The appraisal was a breeze and Channing gave me accurate estimates and even exceeded them at closing. He sent someone to my house, at my convenience, to go over all the final documents and have them notarized. Within a few days my mortgage was fully funded and my monthly payment is down 22%!
